Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT. Shipping costs are additional and will be indicated before you complete your purchase. No customs duties or import VAT will be added for you as a customer.
Payment
Payment can be made via Klarna, Swish, card (Visa/Mastercard) or Apple Pay.
Delivery
Normal delivery time is 2–4 weeks. Goods are shipped from a supplier warehouse outside the EU. See our delivery policy for full information.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you received the item, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. In addition to this, we offer a 30-day right of return.
Please notify us at support@cabingear.se to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form, but it is not a requirement.
The item must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item or your proof that it has been sent.
Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint for original defects. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered – within two months is always considered reasonable. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Disputes
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr
