How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 2–4 weeks. Our goods are shipped from supplier warehouses outside the EU, which makes transport longer than for domestic delivery. You will receive a tracking number when the package has been shipped.
Are there any customs duties or import VAT?
No. All prices in the store include Swedish VAT, and we are responsible for import and any fees. You should never have to pay anything extra upon delivery. Should you still receive a notification of a fee – contact us directly, we will reimburse it.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK. For orders under 499 SEK, an additional 49 SEK will be charged.
How do I return an item?
You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and an additional 30-day right of return, counted from the day you received the item. Contact us at support@cabingear.se and we will arrange the return.
What if the item is faulty?
You have a 3-year right to claim under the Consumer Purchase Act. In the event of an approved claim, we will cover the return shipping cost.
